Architectural Control Committee Guidelines

According to Graystone Landing Restrictive and Protective Covenants, no building, wall, fence, landscaping, berm or hedge which act as a fence or privacy inducing structure, pier, dock, ornamentation, or other structure or improvements of any nature shall be erected, placed or altered on any Lot until the construction plans and specifications and a plan showing the location of the structure and landscaping have been approved in writing by the Architectural Control Committee.  Please review the Covenants attached below for more details.

If you are planning to build or make changes on your property, please provide the Chairperson of the Architectural Control Committee with your construction proposal for review and approval.
