Location and Overview
Graystone Landing Subdivision, established in 1995, is located just north of Beaufort, North Carolina on the Newport River. The "Location Map" page provides a Google Map for directions. The "Directory of Lot Owners" page shows the 63 lots and private road system of our subdivision along with a list of owners. The Graystone Landing Community Services Association, Inc. was established in 1995 as our Home Owners Association governed by a seven member Board of Directors - see "Board Members" page. The Association collects annual dues, maintains common grounds and roads, and provides architectural review of new construction and/or changes to existing construction on individual lots. The Architectural Committee uses the Deed Restrictive Covenants as its guide - see the "Governing Documents" page. If you plan to build, check the "Committee" page for useful information about the Architectural Control Committee.
Utilities and Helpful Information
The Graystone Subdivision is located outside of Beaufort Town limits. Carteret County provides water service to the subdivision. Carteret Craven Electric Cooperative offers electric service. Spectrum [formerly Time Warner] Cable and Century Link both provide service to Graystone. The "Links to Area Websites" page provides links to these services. We do not have Natural Gas (residents use propane) nor do we have Municipal Sewer Service - all lots have private septic drain fields approved by the Carteret County Health Department. Graystone HOA maintains the roads in the subdivision.
